FUZE is a service built for gamers.
You can rate your games, organize your library, customize your avatar, and connect with other gamers through reviews and collections.

Is there a web version?
Yes, you can use FUZE on the web at www.fuze.io.
Currently, only core community features are available, but more functionalities will be added soon.
Core Features
How do I rate games?
Tap the Rate tab to quickly rate various games. You can also search for a game in the Discover tab and select your platform to rate it from the game detail page.
Games can be rated on a 6-point scale, ranging from Legendary to Awful. Double-tap the ends of the scale to mark the highest or lowest rating.
All your rated games appear in the Ratings section on your Space tab.
How do I manage game status?
You can choose from six statuses: Playing, Beaten, Backlog, Wishlist, Paused, and Quit. Here’s how to set them:
On the Space screen, tap the desired status box and then tap the + icon to add games in bulk. (Swipe left or right if you don’t see the status.)
On a game’s detail page, select the platform you played on and update the status.
Long-press the game cover (with platform info tag) to bring up a quick menu and update the status there.
What are game tags?
Game tags in FUZE are unique labels like ##GameTitle.
Type ## when posting to search and tag a game. Clicking the tag shows all related content.
Where do I write posts and reviews?
Tap the + button in the Community tab. You can freely write posts on any topic, but reviews must be tied to one specific game.
What shows in the Following tab?
You’ll see posts and updates from users and games you follow.
How do I level up?
Log in to FUZE once a day to earn exp. Keep it up for 7 days straight and you’ll receive a bonus. The more exp you earn, the higher your level goes!
What are badges?
Badges reflect your recent activity.
There are three types: Connector, Supporter, and All-Rounder.
They’re updated in real-time based on your last 3 months of contributions. Inactivity may result in badge loss.
Game Issues
The game I want isn’t listed.
If you don’t see your game in the search results, tap the 'Request a Game' button. If it doesn’t appear, search 'Sammy' and use the [Request Add To Game] option in messages. You’ll get an update via email.
There’s an error in a game’s info.
Here’s how to submit an edit in just a few steps.
Go to the game’s detail page.
Scroll down to the Game Info section.
Tap “Suggest an edit” and write your suggestion.
Submit using the top-right button.

I forgot my password.
If you can’t remember your password, follow these steps:
Touch "forgot password?" on the sign-in screen.
An email containing a password reset link will be sent to the email address you registered with.
Click the link and go through the authentication process.
Once the authentication is complete, you can enter a new password.
Log in to the app with your new password.
How do I change my password?
To change your password, go to Profile > Settings > Account Settings > Change Password in the app.
How do I change my email?
To change your email address, go to Profile > Settings > Account Settings > Change Email in the app.
Can I change my username?
When you start FUZE, a guest ID is initially assigned to you. After registering, you can change your ID following the steps below:
Tap the bottom center icon twice to go to your profile.
Your ID will be displayed just below your avatar. Tap the pencil icon on the right.
Delete your current ID in the ID entry field and enter a new ID.
Touch the 'v' on the top right corner to confirm the ID change.
Note that once you change your ID, you will not be able to change it again for 7 days.
How do I delete or recover my account?
To delete your FUZE account, follow these steps:
Go to your Profile.
Tap the Settings icon.
Select Account Settings.
Tap Delete Account.
Carefully review the warnings.
Submit your request — our support team will process it.
Once you submit the request, your account will be deactivated and scheduled for permanent deletion after 30 days. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered address.
If you log in again within those 30 days, your request will be automatically canceled.
My account is suspended. Can I appeal?
If suspended, you'll see an error at login, and details will be emailed. If not, check your spam folder or contact support@fuze.io.
Suspensions are reviewed internally and cannot be appealed.
Settings
How can I change my notification settings?
Tap the bell icon on the Space or Community tab > Settings icon. Or go to Profile > Settings > Push Notifications.
How do I link my console accounts (PSN, Xbox, Steam)?
In Profile > Settings > Console Accounts, tap Connect on your platform.
Nintendo isn’t supported yet.
Once linked, your console info will appear next to your avatar, and your trophies/achievements will be displayed on your profile. You can also attach them to your posts.
Community & Safety
How do I report a user?
If a user violates the guidelines:
Tap the ... icon on their message, post, or profile.
Reports are reviewed by moderators. If a violation is confirmed, actions like content removal or account penalties may apply. False reports may also lead to penalties.
How do I block a user?
If someone is bothering you repeatedly:
Tap the ... icon on their message, post, or profile.
Select Block to block instantly.
View and manage blocked users under Profile > Settings > Blocked Users.
Note: Blocked users are hidden across FUZE, except in your bookmarks.
