By using FUZE, whether on the app or the web, these terms will automatically apply to you – please make sure to read them carefully before using our services.

1. Intellectual Property & Usage

You are not allowed to copy or modify FUZE, any part of FUZE, or our trademarks in any way.
You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of FUZE, translate FUZE into other languages, or make derivative versions.
FUZE itself, and all trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to FUZE Games.

2. Service Modifications & Charges

FUZE Games is committed to ensuring that FUZE is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to FUZE or charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for FUZE or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.

3. Data Security & Device Integrity

FUZE stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, to provide our services. It’s your responsibility to keep your device and access to FUZE secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your device, as this could make your device vulnerable to malware, viruses, or malicious programs, compromise your device’s security features, and may result in FUZE not working properly or at all.

4. Third-Party Services

5. User-Generated Content & Moderation Policy

Zero-Tolerance Policy for Objectionable Content

FUZE maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards objectionable content and abusive users. By using FUZE, you agree to abide by these terms regarding user-generated content:

Prohibited Content: You are prohibited from uploading, posting, or sharing any content that is deemed objectionable, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or in violation of applicable laws. This includes but is not limited to hate speech, threats, and harassment.
24-Hour Moderation Rule: FUZE Games will act on objectionable content reports within 24 hours. Upon receiving a valid report, we will:
1. Remove the offending content immediately.
2. Eject (permanently ban or suspend) the user who provided the offending content without prior notice.
Reporting & Blocking: We strongly encourage users to report any inappropriate or harmful content through FUZE's reporting tools. Users also have the right to block any other user whose content they find offensive.

6. Account Deletion and User Data

If you wish to delete your account, you can do so through FUZE’s settings. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how your personal data is handled and your rights regarding data deletion.

7. Responsibilities of Users

When using FUZE, you are responsible for the content you post and how you interact with others. FUZE Games cannot take responsibility for any disputes or issues arising from user interactions or content. You are also responsible for ensuring that your device remains charged and functional to access the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

FUZE Games will not be responsible for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of FUZE, including reliance on third-party content or services. We strive to ensure FUZE functions correctly, but we do not guarantee it will always meet your expectations or be free from errors.

9. Changes to This Terms and Conditions

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. These terms and conditions are effective as of February 9, 2026.
