By using PANAX, whether on the app or the web, these terms will automatically apply to you – please make sure to read them carefully before using our services.

1. Intellectual Property & Usage

You are not allowed to copy or modify PANAX, any part of PANAX, or our trademarks in any way.
You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of PANAX, translate PANAX into other languages, or make derivative versions.
PANAX itself, and all trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it (excluding user-generated content, which is addressed in Section 5), belong to PANAX Games.

2. Service Modifications & Charges

PANAX Games is committed to ensuring that PANAX is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to PANAX or charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for PANAX or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.

3. Data Security & Device Integrity

PANAX stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, to provide our services. It’s your responsibility to keep your device and access to PANAX secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your device, as this could make your device vulnerable to malware, viruses, or malicious programs, compromise your device’s security features, and may result in PANAX not working properly or at all.

5. User-Generated Content & Moderation Policy

Ownership and Use of User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the reviews, posts, images, and other content you post on PANAX (“User Content”). You confirm that you have the rights necessary to post your User Content and grant the permissions described below.

By posting User Content, you grant PANAX Games a non-exclusive, royalty-free license, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to use, reproduce, and display your User Content as necessary to operate PANAX. This license also includes permission to publish publicly visible User Content, in whole or in part, on PANAX Games’ official websites and social media channels to promote PANAX, games discussed on PANAX, or the PANAX community.

When featuring your publicly visible User Content for these purposes, PANAX Games may display the username and avatar associated with it to identify you as its author. PANAX Games may format or excerpt the content for the relevant channel, but will not present it in a way that materially misrepresents your opinion. The handling of personal data, including a username or avatar that identifies you, is subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Zero-Tolerance Policy for Objectionable Content

PANAX maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards objectionable content and abusive users. By using PANAX, you agree to abide by these terms regarding user-generated content:

Prohibited Content: You are prohibited from uploading, posting, or sharing any content that is deemed objectionable, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or in violation of applicable laws. This includes but is not limited to hate speech, threats, and harassment.
24-Hour Moderation Rule: PANAX Games will act on objectionable content reports within 24 hours. Upon receiving a valid report, we will:
1. Remove the offending content immediately.
2. Eject (permanently ban or suspend) the user who provided the offending content without prior notice.
Reporting & Blocking: We strongly encourage users to report any inappropriate or harmful content through PANAX's reporting tools. Users also have the right to block any other user whose content they find offensive.

6. Account Deletion and User Data

If you wish to delete your account, you can do so through PANAX’s settings. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how your personal data is handled and your rights regarding data deletion.

7. Responsibilities of Users

When using PANAX, you are responsible for the content you post and how you interact with others. PANAX Games cannot take responsibility for any disputes or issues arising from user interactions or content. You are also responsible for ensuring that your device remains charged and functional to access the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

PANAX Games will not be responsible for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of PANAX, including reliance on third-party content or services. We strive to ensure PANAX functions correctly, but we do not guarantee it will always meet your expectations or be free from errors.

9. Changes to This Terms of Service

We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. These Terms of Service are effective as of September 30, 2026.
