PANAX is a platform for gamers to discover and share their experiences with games, build connections, and foster a supportive community. Our mission is to create a space where gamers can connect, inspire creativity, and engage in meaningful discussions about the games they love.

PANAX has Community Guidelines to help create a safe and enjoyable experience for all users. Our guidelines apply to everyone on our platform and are updated periodically to address new risks and harms, ensuring that our community remains safe and inclusive.

Content Moderation

We enforce our Community Guidelines by moderating content and accounts that violate our policies. We aim to foster creativity and meaningful discussions while preventing harm, and we take a range of actions to uphold these guidelines.

Our moderation strategies include:

• Removing content that violates our rules: Content that violates PANAX's guidelines, whether posted publicly or privately, will be removed from the platform.

• Restricting content unsuitable for younger users: PANAX is available for users aged 12 and older. Some content may be restricted to ensure it’s suitable for our broader audience.

Violent Extremism and Hateful Content

PANAX does not allow the use of the platform to promote violent extremism or hateful behavior. We take action against accounts that promote violence, hate speech, or criminal activity, including the promotion of violent groups or individuals.

We do not tolerate:

• Threats or incitement to violence

• Promotion of violent or hateful organizations

• Content that glorifies violence or terrorism

• Hate speech based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected attributes

Criminal Activities

PANAX does not permit the depiction or promotion of criminal activities, including but not limited to trafficking, violence, theft, or exploitation.

We do not allow:

• Content that promotes criminal behavior such as trafficking or theft

• Depictions of violence or harm to individuals or animals

• Instructions on illegal activities or how to engage in criminal behavior

Regulated Goods and Dangerous Behavior

PANAX does not allow the promotion or depiction of dangerous behavior, firearms, or controlled substances.
 

We do not allow:

• The promotion or sale of firearms, explosives, or illegal weapons

• Content related to gambling, the use of illegal drugs, or the promotion of harmful substances

• Depictions of dangerous stunts or activities that could lead to serious harm

Privacy and Personal Information

We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users. We do not allow content that shares personal information or encourages harmful behaviors such as identity theft, stalking, or harassment.

The following are not allowed:

• Sharing personal information such as phone numbers, addresses, or financial data

• Content that encourages or promotes hacking, doxxing, or blackmail

• Threats to expose personal information or harm an individual’s privacy

Violent and Graphic Content

PANAX does not allow excessively graphic or violent content. We remove content that glorifies extreme violence or abuse.

We do not allow:

• Content that depicts brutal physical harm or suffering

• Content that depicts animal cruelty or violent acts

• Suicidal content or self-harm encouragement

• Dangerous challenges or activities that could result in serious injury or death

Sexual Harassment and Abuse

PANAX does not tolerate sexual harassment or abusive content of any kind. We work to ensure that all users can express themselves safely without the fear of being shamed or harassed.

The following are not allowed:

• Content that harasses, degrades, or makes unwanted sexual advances

• Content that depicts or promotes sexual abuse, assault, or exploitation

• Content that engages in or promotes sexual solicitation or explicit sexual acts

Hate Speech and Harassment

PANAX is committed to maintaining a respectful and inclusive space. We do not allow any content that attacks or dehumanizes individuals based on protected attributes such as race, ethnicity, gender, or sexual orientation.
 

The following are not allowed:

• Hate speech that promotes violence or discrimination

• Harassment or abusive content directed at any individual or group

• Content that glorifies or promotes hateful ideologies
